The family of the late supreme head of Sacred Cherubim and Seraphim Church, Joseph Olusegun Sonde has fixed April 25,2025 as the burial date for the late Gen. Reverend Apostle Mother, Rebecca Titilayo Sonde who died on February 18, 2025.
According to a statement released by Sonde Oluwaseun on behalf of the family, Madam Sonde’s Funeral ceremony will begin on Thursday 24, April 2025 with a Wake keep at the Sacred Cherubim & Seraphim, Ebenezer Communion, Adjacent First Option Filling Station Oke-Ibukun Abiola way, Abeokuta Ogun State.
This will be followed by burial service on Friday 25 ,2025 April at the Sacred Cherubim & Seraphim Church, Ebenezer Communion Adjacent First Option Filling Station, Oke-Ibukun Abiola way, Abeokuta Ogun State.
Interment follows after Church Service while Reception will take place at Providence Event Center, by NNPC Abiola way Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Titilayo Sonde (Nee Ilori) aged 81, a loving sister, mother, grandmother and a woman of remarkable virtues whose unwavering love touched many lives, passed after a brief illness.
According to the children Titilayo , Sonde was also a respectful woman, whose legacy will forever linger in the hearts of her families, friends and loved ones; she was survived by brothers, sisters, children and grandchildren.
“A devoted Christian, lover of all and unique woman that used most of her life time to worship God and catered for the family. We prayed to God to give Mummy eternal rest”.
