The remains of Alhaja Adijat Kuburat, the mother of Fuji music star, Wasiu Alabi, popularly known as Pasuma, who died on Thursday 6, April 2013 has been buried in Lagos. Alhaja Kuburat’s remains were committed to mother earth at about 8 a.m. on Friday 7, April 2023 at her residence in Bamako Area of Omole in Lagos State, Southwest, Nigeria, according to Islamic rites.
Before the burial Islamic Clerics led by a popular Preacher Al Filani had prayed on Pasuma’s mum corpse before it was finally laid to rest.
During the burial the Fuji star betrayed emotions as he burst into tears as the remains of her mum was being laid to rest.
Leading the pack of dignitaries that attended the burial and special prayer session at Pasuma’s Omole home are the Chairman Lagos State Park and garages management Committees,
Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya aka MC Oluomo,Others are Kokonzaria, Alhaji Sulaimon Atawewe, Soji Taiwo aka Ose Omo Banker, Olaiya Igwe, Mercy Aigbe and hubby, Adrkaz, Alhaji Taiwo Hassan Ogogo, Lagos State Chapter of Fuji Musicians Association of Nigeria, FUMAN led by its Chairman Dharmendra, Alhaji Ishola Isiaka aka Zico Wonder .
Others are Small Doctor, Shina Akanni Scorpido represented by his management team, Movie and music marketer, Dam Jay represented by Ojora Tajudeen , Chairman Oshodi/Isolo Local Government ,members Pasuna Fans club and others
Pasuma has announced her mum’s death in a post via his verified Instagram page.
“My jewel, I will miss you forever! Words fail me. Rest in power and peace, please watch over me from heaven,” Pasuma wrote Thursday, posting his picture of the late Alhaja Kuburat.
