
The Executive Governor of Lagos State,Mr.Babajide SanwoOlu and his Deputy Obafemi Hazmat has expressed their hard felt condolence to the family of the immediate past Chairman Ifako -Ijaiye Local Government Apostle Oloruntoba Adetunji Oke who died on Sunday 9, February 2025.
This message was conveyed through their wives,Cordelia Ibijoke SanwoOlu and Mrs Oluremi Hazmat who visited the Ifako -Ijaiye residence of the Oke’s on Tuesday 11, February 2025 to condole with the family over the loss.
Speaking during the visit SanwoOlu’s wife described Apostle Oke as a forthright person, a true Democrat and a person who has dedicated his life to serve his people in Ifako -Ijaiye and beyond.
She however prayed to God to repose his soul and guide the families he left behind.
Also Hazmat’s wife described the deceased as a Godly person who is ready to serve at all times.
Others on condolence visit to the Toba Oke’s family are Hon.Temitope Adewale, Majority Leader, Lagos State House of Assembly, Special Adviser to Lagos State Government on Works, Saliu Adeyinka Olayinka, representatives of the C&S Movement, Ayo Ni O, et al.
