The Maryland Lions Club on Sunday 28 November,2021 installed,Lion (ESV.) Wasiu Abiodun Lawal as the 36th President of the club.
Abiodun Lawal aka The Lion King was installed by Lion Ishaq Kayode Oshinuga ,PMJF,NLCF , District Governor,404-B2 , Nigeria,2021-2022. at the NECA House,Akeem Balogun Street,CBD Alausa Ikeja.
The colourful ceremony was withnessed by who is who in the society including a Paramount ruler in Awori Land ,Oba Clement Akinyemi. The Onijana of Ijana ,Ota,Dr.(Mrs) Olubunmi Ademosu, Special Adviser to the Ondo State Governor on Public & Intergovermental relations.,Mrs Adejoke Gbenro Managing Partner ,RBJ Law Chambers ,the Lawal’s family led by Mrs Iyabo Lawal -Pirisola ,members of Maryland Lions club , friends and well wishers.
