As the St Valentine holds tomorrow 14, February 2025,a group known as reach for Christ (R4C) has warned secondary school students against crime
Speaking during a sensitization campaign at Femson Immaculate School, Ibafo, Ogun State the leader of the group Temidayo Ayeni said the group have been going round the school’s sensitizing them about crime which has become rampant among the teenagers and ‘we believe that the only thing we can do is to advise the student about the prevailing crime rate ‘.
Ayeni said the group decided to enlighten the students because some individuals may be using the opportunity of St Valentine day to perpetrate crime ‘and we want students to guide against this on that day and at all times”.
During the lecture, students were educated by resource persons on drug abuse ,pre martial sex,and other related issues.
And the students went home with gift items like books ,sets of computers among other things.
