Pentouch Juju Musician Association of Nigeria (AJUMN) has Initiated the Son of the Late Wonder Dayo Kujore ,Tony Adedoyin Kujore aka Solace Doyin Kujore into the Association’s council of Elders .
The honour was bestowed on Doyin after the burial of the Juju legend at Kujore Compound ,Igbore on 28, January 2022.
Pt learned that Midway into the reception at Babarinsa Compound,Akingbade Junction,Igbore , Robiyan.AJUMN representative led by the National Public Relations officer Richard Martin’s accompanied by Segun Adewale,Champion Kunle Opio,Bode Olinco and others invited Doyin to the Rostrium for a message from the Ayo Balogun led group.
After a prayer session ,Segun Adewale eulogized the late Soko Extra Exponent with a message that his son ( Doyin) will now take his father’s position as an Elder in AJUMN with a new stage name Wonder Doyin Kujore.
In his response Solace Doyin Kujore now Wonder Doyin Kujore thanked the association for the Honour and those that supported the family during his father’s death and burial with a promise to keep the flag flying.
Born as Tony Kujore about 40years ago,he started his musical career in 1996 after obtaining an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Accounting from the Lagos State Polytheistic,He later formed Solace Doyin Kujore Band in 2000 .. He is yet to release an album.
