A Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain in Alimosho Local Govery area of Lagos State ,Dr Adedipe Dauda Ewenla has complained about the hardship Motorists plying Abule Egba ,Oshodi and it’s environs go through due to bad condition of the road.
Ewenla said motorists now spend between one hour 30 minutes to two hours from Abule Egba to Iyana Ipaja which ordinarily would have been about seven minutes.
He said that in-spite of the hardship the motorists usually face on the road Touts (Agbero) continue to extort money from them
While calling on both the State and Federal Government as a matter of urgency, to find a solution to the bad portion of the road ,he added that people don’t make use of the pedestrian bridge ‘ the officials of the kick against indiscipline posted to the area are not helping issues because they are not performing their duty as pedestrian cross the road at will there by putting their life are risk ‘
